Made with absolutely delicious, unique and fresh ingredients. As a college student at Oxford, I discovered a British favorite: fish and chips. But I wasn’t really a big fan of the fish.
I just loved the chips. In fact, many a night that would be my dinner. While living in the U.K., I was able to travel to the Netherlands and Belgium where Frites (fries) are a national treasure. Upon returning to the US, I discovered it was next to impossible to find a proper fry.
So I started making them at home for my friends and family. Frenchies’ Vision is to create a fry that is the star and not just a side dish. We love fries. Our frites are 100% vegan and gluten-free.
